Hey dear we are in same situation as u .. applied eoi on 1 June for nsw .. they are not issuing any invitation until July .. this is the email I got after inquiring We are coming to the end of the program year so it is unlikely that there will be another invitation round this program year. Congrats for getting it so quick .. my occupation is motor mechanic with 55 points plus 5 of state .. migration agent said they don’t issue any invitation in June .. so I did email nsw and they replied back there will be no further invitation until next program year .. what a waste of waiting for new program year

Hello sorry to hear it .. AAT takes long time to open. Our employee are suppose to pay proper training benchmark , if they don’t do it . We don’t get nomination approved .. so u are going to loose your appeal.. Only reason you should apply for apeal is if u don’t have enough visa .. so u get more time

Hello we got the appointment confirmed date in 3 weeks after paying ..first step got cleared in week .. and date was given for 2 weeks after we received the confirmation.., so say 3 weeks plus 2 weeks = 5 weeks in total for technical interview and then will have to wait for result for another 2 weeks my suggestion will be try pte.. it’s more logical test .. and u get result after 2 days rather than waiting for ielts which takes 2 weeks jus to get result rest definitely your call buddy . Hello. ABG THANKS for the info ..what should be the compelling evidence to please them ?? And currently my husband lives in Melbourne, he got 457 visa .. he can’t move to nsw as of now .. but if we get 190 , we shall be moving there ! also I read this on nsw website it’s says if your visa in granted ,, then move to nsw and live and work there The Department of Home Affairs will advise you of the decision on your visa application If your visa is granted, move to NSW and commence your two year commitment to live and work in the state Thanks my friend .. plz do clear if I am wrong
