Very sad to hear it .. it happened with us in different way .. we had 55 points and we lodged eoi for 190 on 29 may this year , on 1 June it was put on hold and on 27 June , it was declared 65 points for general skilled migration.. I think your eoi is invalid as ours got invalid .. try different state .. call their office to find out exact .. good luck

Yes my friend u can definitely apply this visa as your nomination was refused not the visa .. u must have withdrew your file or have applied for AAT APEAL have u got your skill assessment ready ??

I have seen people sharing their experience with lowest points getting invitation in 3 days or in a week .. must say they are really lucky people .. one week is passed waiting for an invitation from Murray .. so worried as Govt is getting tough day by day
