  1. Benn here - Just to clarify, Bunbury is the second largest city in WA (popn ~70000) so it may be considered a main city by Seven Seas...
  2. I'm going to Bunbury so no, and yes, boxes, however I did look into a move cube and they quoted me door to door? It's the main reason I chose SS. Maybe give them a call to double check?
  3. How funny, I'm in Bournemouth too! Visa hasn't been granted yet, it's a bit tricky with ours as once it's granted we only have 9 months to get married and apply for the partner visa. So technically, because out wedding is November, it can't be granted until March. Annoying!
  4. Hi @Emjhadley, welcome to PIO! It's quite tricky to get your head round all this visa malarkey but you'll get there. My fiancee lives near Perth and I'm in Dorset (where abouts in Dorset is your bf?) I'm moving out in April and we get married in November. Everyone here are real friendly, any questions just ask, there is so much knowledge floating around this forum it's been a god send to us!
  5. My shipment is going with seven seas and its door to door....
  6. You aren't able to upload anything until you have paid the fee. I looked into that before applying for our PMV last June.
  7. All the above, and I was lucky enough to take of my bra and have a very thorough grope! Wasn't bothered, she was checking, and taught me how to check properly, for any abnormal lumps and bumps!
  8. I have but it was an Aussie one and was back in 10 days. Not known of anyone else need one for the middle east, but I know Jen is waiting for a Spanish one?
  9. Surely you get full working rights once the 309/100 is granted, not when the visitor visa expires??
  10. I've just been quoted £474 for four boxes door to door with Sevenseas. Thought that was actually pretty reasonable compared to others!
  11. Hello!! We aren't doing an agent - ours will be pretty straight forward and it sounds like yours will be too, so I think we'll be fine with all the advice in here to be honest! I'll be starting the process a few weeks after I get to Oz when bank accounts etc are sorted. I want to get on top of all that evidence asap and not be left hanging with it right at the end before the deadline and only a few weeks after the wedding!!
  12. I think Jen and I will be a little bit behind you @keepmeinoz, as we have set our wedding dates and only have the 9 months so we'll be looking around March/April to ensure we have time before and after the weddings to sort and apply for the next visa. Fingers crossed yours comes through soon!! Xx
  13. I thought this but then again, it does say 10-14 months and it's only at 11
  14. Thanks guys, just feeling sorry for myself!! We are all going through some tough times, nice to have support xx
  15. I fly out April 1st, so I'll see him again on the 2nd, and for good! He was only here for two weeks.
  16. Struggling to function! Benn just landed in Perth this morning and I miss him dreadfully. I hate all this waiting! I could have so got on that flight with him yesterday.
  17. My wait is now for Benn to arrive here for his first UK Christmas - 10 hours to go until he lands!!!!!
  18. I think whatever your age it's pretty nerve wrecking. I don't think you'll have too long now to wait going by the table we have going in here but who knows! Our CO called us a few weeks ago to say that everything was ready to go. Unfortunately because we have a time restriction with our wedding date it can only be approved at a certain time to allow me enough to time to enter Aus, get married, and get the application for the next visa in and ready to go. Because we get married in Nov, I can't enter Aus until April so a few more months until our visa is granted!
  19. We did it without an agent too, expensive enough as it is! I didn't find it too bad, the stress for me is the waiting
