  1. @JerryandPaul your visa is around the corner *keep you fingers crossed*
  2. I am not sure if you have a legal binding but you sure have a moral obligation to work in a state sponsored... There is a also a chance it goes negative at the time you apply for citizenship.
  3. I am still waiting for the visa grant ... My medical was done on 26th-Aug-2014 and uploaded on 28th-Aug-2014
  4. Use this sheet : https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AkrdCphtU8u-dGJQSWROUlZ0bThIaUF2VW9zdUZmMlE&usp=sharing#gid=29
  5. It is really a slow week at least for me ... *fingers crossed*
  6. Many Congratulations !!! At last your wait is over... Best of luck for your future.
  7. My personal opinion is that you are safe hemen. Do not withdraw your application. Case officer will ask you to correct score. Your revised score is still above basline of 60 points. Most of the invites this year were on 60 points... Can you confirm which visa you were invited to apply (189 ir 190) ?, when you lodged your application? and which occupation u selected?

Dear All. Nilesh190 is completely safe as he applied for 190 subclass visa. There is no advantage gained as base line of 60 points generates invite as soon as the state sponsorship is finalised. Which means 60 points are as good as 75 points in subclass 190 visa. Case-Officers are well trained professionals who serves all applicants equally. Recently, one new clause has been added which allows applicants to correct inadvertent errors. Please see following example of applicant who was allowed to correct his inadvertent mistake. He claimed 70 points, after correction it were 60 points. CO allowed to correct his points and GRANTED VISA. http://www.pomsinoz.com/forum/migration-issues/217151-sos-not-recognising-full-work-experience-sos.html

Nilesh keep us updated on your progress. Best of luck !!!
  10. @ Nilesh190 Please have a look on following information.
  11. My Visa decision is still pending. Case officer was allocated and he requested additional documents. Since it was a genuine mistake, so DIAC will definitely consider it. Similar situation was faced by an applicant earlier this year and he was awarded visa... Please see the thread below. http://www.pomsinoz.com/forum/migration-issues/217151-sos-not-recognising-full-work-experience-sos.html
  12. Hardest thing to do is wait. . . For 190 visa subclass there are no quotas. I hope we all get grants ASAP... @SUMU and @Nikunj best of luck
  13. Wait game is really not my thing ... Getting fed up of all the wait ...
  14. Adelaide Team 6 is really slow. It has been around a month since CO was allocated. No update.
  15. We can definitely apply for partner visa (300,309,100) online. @musmanasghar and @aussiegirlbay : Please note applicants applying online will have to take appointment via telephone for Biometrics and Medical examination. For 190 subclass visa I got appointment via telephone. And I applied online... Similarly for partner visa we have can apply online and later when the stage comes we can take telephonic appointments for Medical and Biometrics... We CAN NOT apply online for partner visa using following link: http://www.australiavisa-pakistan.com/ We CAN apply online for partner visa using following link: http://www.immi.gov.au/Visas/Pages/309-100.aspx All visa applications are processed in Australia. No decisions are made in AHC (Pakistan). All Visa related decisions are made in AUSTRALIA. Gerry and AHC (Pakistan) only acts as a messenger between applicant and DIAC. Australian Immigration department always prefer ONLINE applications on Paper applications . . . It is a rule of thumb !!!
  16. SUMU, we both lodged on 23rd July. I hope we get grants soon. Best of luck !!!
  17. I think we can. Since anyone can create Immi Account. So yes, you can apply online from Pakistan. I have applied for 190 subclass visa online.
  18. It takes around 50 days to get medicals cleared from MOC

    Case Officer

Case officers are just allocated to you. You can not recommend a case-officer for yourself.
  20. I will be applying for my spouse's partner visa in December. Is it possible to apply ONLINE without contacting the local Australian High Commission. I want to avoid local Australian High Commision to avoid paper application.
