yes your EOI will be locked once you lodge your visa application (submit fee)

CO's are usually already assigned without applicants knowing they have been assigned. CO's will only contact when they require any documents or explanation from applicant. If they don't require anything they will directly grant VISA.

Rudra it might sound lame but why don't you apply for immigration as a new applicant. You have already received PR earlier, I m sure you will still be eligible to get PR as a new applicant.

while filling your EOI ... did you keep the "to date" field empty ? ? ? if you have kept it empty it means they will count your experience till date (today)... To be on a safe side you should also notify Victoria Immigration dept

dhanraj if you have left "to date" field blank it will count your experience till late, regardless your skill assessment was held in May... DIAC will accept your points till date i.e. 5+ years of experience ... All you have to do is provide/attach latest experience certificate in IMMI ACCOUNT...

dhanraj you should apply... I was facing similar dilemma. Mine was even worst because I realized after submitting visa fees ... ACS deducts first two years of experience... but on the other hand EOI accepts all your experience ... You must be afraid that your visa application might get rejected on the grounds of over-claiming points... You should lodge your visa... And DIAC will realize that there is a problem in EOI tool which does not inform appliacants not to inlcude first two years of experience ... So you will get visa on ground of "inadvertent mistake"... A new clause has been added to migration act to cater these sort of over-claiming issues.

Since you are in Australia you will need to contact BUPA... Drop an email to BUPA enquiries@bupamvs.com.au... Tell them your TRN#, they will be able to tell your HAP ID... All medical centers like BUPA are connected with DIAC... So if you tell your TRN number they will be able to tell your HAP ID.

You should fill as 8 months... Australian Government (DIAC) understands people work on offshore/onshore projects.

Dear call your local medical centre. BOOK your appointment by giving your TRN number to them. They will tell your HAP ID... That is how I got my HAP ID..

As per the trakcer " angQ" lodged application on "25th-August-2014", he was assigned CO on "26th-August-2014".... Miraculously he was granted VISA today (1st-Sep-2014)... Within 1 week ... First of all Rekha you have to choose occupation from SOL (skilled occupation list) that best fits your current Job role. Secondly as per my knowledge TOEFL is not recognised by ACS/DIAC. So it is compulsory to appear in IELTS and score minimum of 6 points in each section (reading, listening, writing and speaking). If you don't score minimum of 6 points in each section you will not be eligible to apply even.

Yes, she will apply through ACS... She fulfils the threshold criteria which is 4 years degree in Computer science and minimum 2 years experience to get a skill assessment as "suitable" ... Please make sure your spouse occupation is on SOL (skill occupation list), otherwise her assessment outcome will not be "suitable". Once she gets "suitable" assessment. You can claim 5 points...
