  1. Better to upload the forms upfront. I had uploaded mine, but not for partner - However, CO asked for my partners Form 80, so better do it upfront. Good Luck
  2. I applied on 26-Sep. CO requested for Form 80 and US state police clearance. Hope to receive police clearance in 2 weeks and upload it. Just curious, would the CO have already gone through other documents and made decision ? Because I see in the tracker that people have been granted visa with couple of days of uploading the additional requested documents.
  3. I have seen in some threads where people have been asked by CO to provide Form 80 for 189 visa. Does that rule apply even now (in this cycle after July 01)? Can I just proactively upload this form to avoid any delay (if any) this may cause? That form is too cumbersome :-( Joshua
  4. I have been using http://www.seek.com.au/ and find it quite decent for IT. Jobs are updated frequently and they have a very good mobile app too. However, most of the IT jobs are from consultancies and looks like many are just phishing for candidates... Just my 2 cents
  5. In the document checklist it is mentioned All documents that you provide must be certified copies of original document. That's why I got confused, so the certified clause applies only to block & white copy?
  6. Is it enough to provide certified copies of only the Identity Documents (passport, birth certificate etc) provided all other documents (Exp letter, Degree Certificate, Marksheet, IELTS, ACS Assessment) have been color scanned? Joshua
  7. Thank you guys. I got invite for 189 visa, hence I believe EOI will be locked and I should not be getting any more invitations.
  8. At the time of my application to Victoria Immigration, My EOI point was 60 and that is what I had specified. However, within a week, my points have jumped to 65 (189) and 70(190 visa) since my experience crossed 5 years. Do I need to notify Victoria immigration of this change or will they always refer to the latest EOI (since we submit EOI number too while applying for Victoria)? Joshua
  9. Hello Guys, I think I bumped into a tricky situation. I received my skill assessment from ACS stating that The following employment after August 2009 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled level and relevant to 261312 (Developer Programmer) of the ANZSCO Code Thus, if I consider from Sep'09 - Aug'14, it is exactly 5 years and hence would fetch me 5 points. However, if the experience is considered from Sep'09-Sep'14, then it is 5+ years and hence results in 10 points. So, if I apply by Mid of this month, will I be eligible for 10 points( by adding up the experience for September) although ACS only evaluated from Aug'05 - Aug'2014? Joshua
