I received my PCC yesterday, My consultant emailed it to CO. Now we just wait for DIBP decision.

In that case if you manage to score 60-65points then you can apply 189 subclass to be picked up from the pool. Or you can get your Skills assessed with a different occupational list with Similar job description.

Why ain't you applying for 489 Subclass Provisional Visa State & Territory sponsored. Rather than applying Employer sponsored? And why ain't you looking at other States?

489 would get you 10points where you are loosing on Age. Best is get a MARA agents help. -

Hi, If you got 55 points and short of 5points, Best is to apply for State Sponsored Visa 190/489. 190 will get you 5 points. 489 will get you 10 points. Most importantly a direct Invite to apply for Visa. I hope this is helpful.

CO requested PCC, awaiting Indian Local Police Verification to upload PCC. Medical was Frontloaded. 489 Visa applied 29/05/2014, CO assigned 15/08/2014 requested PCC.
