Does everyone with no live trace result need to get this subject access thing? We wrote a stat dec n thought that would be enough. .my husband got a caution when he was 15

All my documents were certified and stamped on the front...but that was for postal app anyway..when I applied online I colour scanned so didnt need certifying

I thought you could only get the hap id before you applied for the visa or when case officer requested it...so I would assume you have been allocated a co..but yeah just ask your agent??

Some ppl only add countries outside the eu...if your from the uk...dont know if that would make your list smaller..i only added countries my passport had bn stamped for

Its a great visa for short term stay or to try oz out for the experience and your willing to take the chance..its quick n pretty easy once u have a sponsor..I didnt need a skills assesment for 457

You can do it before that. .go on health declerations n register..u'll b given a number to book medical wth n when you go to apply for visa it will all link up..that's what we have done

If you read and re read all the available information you can def do it yourself..on here can be a good resource too..we are doing ours alone..i didnt think I would ever get my head round it all but it's easier than I thought n im glad I didn't pay for an agent now..n I like being in charge of it myself..lots of people dnt use an agent..just b confident in your own research n take your time with it..you will b an expert in your own personal circumstances and what you need to do in no time good luck

If you are mental health trained you dont need any work experiencd for anmac...you could do medicals before you lodge visa application but only if your visa will take less than a year to acquire

Did you get the application tracked .like airsure or something? So you'll know when its arrived? My money came out about a week after i posted it and couple of days after that I got an email to say they had received my application..mine took 8 weeks from sydney office. Good luck

Keep trying..your nearly there with your marks..I think some of it is just luck on the day..and the markers. .u r used to the format now too which you might feel isnt helping but it will have..if you need all 8s and another visa isnt an option then grit your teeth n try again..its a pain but im sure you will get there..n keep practicing the listening and reading. ..and visualise how you will feel when you do get all 8s..its a fantastic feeling that I too thought i would never get

Give your head a wobble your career isnt over. .you'll not keep any job long if you give up every time u make a mistake! Its not an ideal situation but its not the end of your career unless you want it to be. Have a few days feelin crap n then you need to look at this whole thing from a less negative angle. .its an experience you will grow and learn from in many ways and no one was harmed...you were brave to come to a new country to work..you need to use that bravery again to move forward use the reference or dont use the reference, either way..apply for other jobs
