  1. Hi all, I am so happy today, because my occupation is listed in the new occupations list of WA, but I don't know what to do next, I already submitted an EOI and I selected WA as the preferred State. Do I have to fill any other application now to be eligible for the state sponsorship? or is the above enough? Thanks in advance
  2. I think the program name should change from "skilled migration program" to "rich migration program", because in a third-world country if you have around 6,000 $ as a fees (my case), 450$ (ACS assessment), 400$ (IELTS for me and my wife), and around 15,000 $ at least to start a life in Australia until you find a job, you can live a nice life in your country. This way they will not attract the skilled people, they will attract the rich people only.
  3. Hi Rebecca, I am sorry I didn't clear all the points, I want to apply for 189 visa and I got a positive assessment and they mentioned 5 years and 3 months of experience only in the certificate because I didn't send them the experience letters for the other companies. So, if I got the experience letters from these companies, do I need to get back to ACS to recognize them? or DIAC don't care about what is written on the assessment letter regarding the experience and they will do this task? For all other members to understand my situation, I got a positive assessment from ACS last year, but I sent them an experience letter for 5 years and 3 months only, and ACS wrote the 5 Years and 3 months in the letter. Until now everything is good, next month I will complete 8 years of experience, and I need these 5 points to complete the 60 points, do I need to do the assessment again with ACS to recognize the 8 years of experience or DIAC will do this and they will not care about the recognized experience on the assessment letter?
  4. Hi Rebbeca, I sent you a PM, please advice me.
  5. Hi Ahmad, For the passport, yes I meant a copy of the passport, and I think the ministry of foreign will stamp anything as you pay them the fee. For the university certificate and transcript, there should be 2 separated documents, one for the certificate (usually one page) and the second for the transcript (which contains the courses that you took in the university with there scores, and this was 4 pages in my case and the stamp was in the first page). For the experience letter, I don't know, you should get back to them and ask them to check with company's branch in Iraq. Regards
  6. Hi Ahmad, Are you in Jordan or in Iraq? because the experience letter issued from Jordan. Anyway, I did the assessment from ACS last October and it was very easy, I am Jordanian and I here is what I did: - The passport should be signed and stamped from the Civil Status Department and Ministry of Foreign. - The experience letter should be stamped from the Company and Ministry of Foreign. - The University certificate and transcript should be signed and stamped from Ministry of High Education and Ministry of Foreign. - CV. I get a suitable assessment in 27 days.
  7. Hi All, In August, I will have 8 years of experience, and should be eligible for 15 points, but when I did an assessment for my qualification through ACS, I just sent them an experience letter from one of my old employers to prove 5 years of experience, and they prove it. Now, when I complete the 8 years of experience, shall I approve all the experience letters I had through ACS? Is DIAC asks for that? or just sending DIAC the experience letter directly will be enough? Thanks in Advance,
  8. Please look again at your score, it should be from 0 - 9, not 99.2
  9. it seems that you took the Tofel exam not the IELTS, right?

    WA SS activation

Is this mean I can get a SS from Vic, and live in Sydney for three years, then get back to Melbourne to activate the SS and live there the required two years?
  11. Hi dugles, You said that the rules in SA are different, can you please explain how it's different? because I am thinking of applying for SA SS. Thanks,
