  1. Anyone else. cheers Ned
  2. I would like to know with the 189 visa, if you need to prove you have a certain amount of funds in your bank account. I understand the 190 state sponsored requires the applicant to have funds. Cheers Ned
  3. The thing that puzzles me is the fact anmac keep approving people whilst the folk at ahpra seem to be making a hash of things. They are also very sharp at taking the $$$$$$ from your bank account. If they do start refusing applications australia will be awash with IQNM with permanent residency, what a foookin joke.
  4. I know it must be hard but people just need to sit tight. My wife submitted her application to AHPRA in march this year and is waiting for a decision. With the new criteria's coupled with the fact this is probably the busiest period for AHPRA. I dont think things will gather much momentum at the minute and the wait will continue. It is too easy to get perplexed when no news is forthcoming and then you come on here and read different folk airing their problems it just adds fuel to the fire. The fact that ANMAC are still giving positive assessment results and visa's are being issued must say something. I keep reading that there isnt a shortage of nurses but a quick look on seek jobsite tells me otherwise. There seems to be a ridiculous amount of jobs for nurses and midwives, there are also recruitment drives going on in the uk and ireland. cheers Ned ps Keep the faith and try to be patient guys.
  5. I've put the petition link on another site that is used by folk who import dogs in to australia.
  6. Could someone tell me if there is a shelf life for a ANMAC skills assessment. If my wife did her assessment now, but didnt make a visa application for 15-18 months would there be a problem. cheers Ned

  8. Paul you have been given good advice by numerous folk on here and they all point to a RMA. You keep pleading your innosense and this wont wash with the australian immi folk, you were found guilty in a court of law. Pay the dosh and be done with it, as the thread go's on you are digging a deeper hole and you appear to be unable to take sound advice. cheers Ned
  9. If i were in your shoes i would take it on the chin and let the DIAC know you are sorry ect. If you come across with the original stat/dec they may think you are a teller of tall stories. Now i am not for one minute judging you but people behind a desk in oz may. Just bite the bullet like you did in court and take it on the chin. cheers Ned
  10. Is form 80 requested for all visa applications ie 457 or just PR visa applications. Would it just be the main visa applicant filling in form 80 or the spouse as well. cheers Ned
  11. I think they are setting up a similar situation for nurses/midwives as they have for tradesmen/women. Were by you get PR with skills assessment but cant work until you have the relevant australian qualifications. It seems they are out to make some extra $$$$$$$$$$$$$$'s and the goal posts get moved once more.
  12. What happens if you dont have your old passport ie lost or destroyed. cheers Ned
