Hiya! Just wondering if there are any poms in these areas, to compare life so far in Australia. We are in Sydney, and have been here just over a year now. Treena (43), Mark (42), Sophie (14), Frankie (10) Zak (7)

Just wanted to give a mention to seven seas, we received our move cube yesterday and from start to finish, they were fantastic. Communication was good, they arrived when they said they would and they held our cube until we got a rental. Very happy with the service supplied. Treena (NSW, Five Dock)

I am happy for mine to have this, should explain that we move to Sydney on the 18th Sep, and was wondering if they will not be able to start school until they have had the 3 doses? My children are 13, 9 and 6! Any advice please? Thanks, treena

We are moving to Sydney in September, what do people do about life Insurance? Do I do this in Uk or Oz? My life insurance in the UK will not be valid, once I have not been in UK for over three months! Thanks in advance! Treena

We have been thinking about shipping our car to NSW, as the cost of a car seems so much higher in Oz. We are also thinking of using move cube for our household items, as we don't have too much. Has anyone recently brought their car over that could give us some advice, on who to use and how much it will cost. Would it work out cheaper if we put all our stuff, including the car in a container? We our coming out, mid September. We have a Toyota Prius, nothing fancy, however very economically on petrol and environmental friendly! Thanks in advance, Treena

Hello! My daugther who is 13, has had to get a brace fitted here in the UK, she will need to carry on this treatment in sydney, having it tightened and then eventually two bridges (yep, it's going to be very expensive:arghh:) Has anyone else had any experience, with treatment that started in the Uk and then carried on in Sydney? Hello! Thanks for your response. They have all known about the move for a long time now, so are just going with it now. However they will all miss friends and family very much so will have to deal with this as it happens. I am the one who is very unsure, as I am having to give up a very job and one of 26 years!
