we applied for the 309 as well and got the 100 and only took 3.5 months so i would be chasing yours up again. I did use a agent though so maybe thats why it was quicker. we are in the same situation as both of you.

My OH just got his visa PR 100 in 3 1/2 months hope this helps

Hi Everyone, thanks so much for all the info on this site it has really helped me. LG assigned on 23/08/11 medicals and police checks done now just waiting. We have not tried to contact LG yet and wondering if we should? Thanks
