I'd have thought arrive Friday, sorted and put into tray for the office Monday, opened and logged Tuesday, e-mail Tuesday, Wednesday or maybe a bit later, but in any case best leave them to it rather than chase and p*** them off! I just got an email from NSW saying "Your application has been received by Business Migration and you will receive a notification in the next few days with a receipt for your payment.".. This an official receipt of your application. NSW Business and Skilled Migration will contact you if any further information is required or to advise of the outcome of this application." and attached to the email is the tax challan of payment received by them. Also please keep in mind that the NSW offices were closed for holidays from 24th December - 8th January, so clearing the backlog might take some time. Can you provide payslips for every quarter instead of the whole three years (eg Jan 2010, April 2010, July 2010, etc)". What does it means?...does it means that I would get approval?... Got the letter yesterday apparently the NSW did not grant me state sponsorship saying that my experience was not relevant, which i do not agree.I have sufficient experience which has been approved by the ACS on what grounds did NSW say this I do not understand. Have asked them for more details let's see. oh too bad...i read on some other forum about a user who was first refused but after asking for details of rejection and after having few correspondence with them, he convinced them and they sent him approval letter. I have applied for 176 online visa on 8th March 2012. Co is not assigned yet. I have PCC request showing for me as well as for my wife....I applied for my PCC but is it required for my wife also?...
