You can also submit an EOI in SkillSelect. Then apply for new PCC. Take an appintment or in my case I do not had appointment. In case of PCC they consider it directly. I am feeling dis hearted, its been 3+ years and still no update, once upon a time 176 FS was the best visa to get into the country and now its last on the list. I am praying that after july 1st a miracle happens. I guess only time can tell. Its just that there are only approx 2400 visas left after the priority 4 back log from 2011-2012, is that enough for 2012-2013 FS category. Who knows a miracle can happen, no one expected Regional and state Visas to be proceeded so fast, so lets all keep praying for that one miracle which will change all our lives. I checked online said its 42 bulks but all my friends and post office staff said its 45. Also, I called the office it said "national police check" is 45!
