Thank you very much for your answer. Now I understand. Unfortunately it doesn't look good for us! :cry:

Do you know, is it possible to apply for a ss in an other state who's our occupation under SMP is although we already have submittet our visa application?

 

I think you have to lodge a new application but if there is a chance I would go for it.

In which cat. comes 176 family sponsored visa from july 2011????? This subclass have not been mentioned in new processing time....

Hi Dear All....

I have applied 475 visa (sponsor by Blood relative - Victoria). last march DIAC informed me that i am at cat-03. my occupation is in new SOL. but recently Victoria has closed ICT occupations from their state migration plan. Hence, as i feel, i will be fallen in to cat 04 from cat 03....... am i correct?...........

your reply will be really appreciated.....

 

this is they have mentioned new requirements for cat-03

Is this email something that is given only to agents? Or is it possible for applicants to get something like this directly from DIAC?

 

I am unsure about wheather to apply for 175 now or wait till I finish studying and apply for 885 in December - from this, its seems the backlog for 885 is smaller...

That is exactly what i was thinking....somehow they "forgot" to include the text "updated fortnightly" on the update of the 1st of July.....

Nice to hear that VE175 has started to process again. It means that overloaded applications by state sponored just before the recent policy changes occured delayed the process the VE175 as said by DIAC for PLE. DIAC might have cleared them and come to their normal tract as it was pretty fast. They were moving couple of months every fortnight.

I agree. P1 and 3 seem to be near to being fully updated. :biggrin:

Hey, based on the update I do fall in the P-3 as I have been sponsored [regional sponsored]475 visa.As according to the update how long will it take me to get a CO as i have been waiting since 2009 for my visa.Hope there are some good chances for me now.please do update . thanks
