wrussell
It is a precept of administrative law the the legitimate expectations of an applicant should be given due weight, a precept ignored by Australian immigration authorities and the professional liars who advise them. Whatever happened to deciding cases on their merits? Vacuous comments such as - "Too many cooks spoil the broth" - slip too easily from officers of a department riddled with negligence and corruption; after all how many migration agents have sold visas?
