rtritudr
For anyone born in Australia after 20 August 1986, as long as they reside continuously in Australia, they will automatically obtain citizenship on their 10th birthday, regardless of their immigration status. The ones Marisa has mentioned are both highly regarded agents on here. it’s a matter of communication convenience I think, and a degree of specialization in certain types of cases. I find my clients like to be able to pick up the phone to discuss matters during the day, but as you say, nearly everything is done remotely these days.
