Applicant has to leave Australia for 90 days before they can reapply etc. This is because circumstances can change for both sponsor and applicant in the years since first application eg sponsor no longer meets the income amount needed or perhaps applicant has more medical issues , all sorts of things could change 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
