They hasn’t requested any documentation so far. very stressed just want suggestions that is it Ok i f i call call Immi and ask for any update ? Is it gona effect on my file ! Really dnt know what to do. it will have no effect at all. I applied in june 2016 and called them in feb 2018. Just got my pr today. However, the only answer you will get is WAIT. thats it. No they didn’t ask for Medicals as mine were up to date. If you want quick approval I’d always advice having your application up to date, that way you will skip the further information step. I've applied 187 on 27 feb 2018 in western Australia as a restaurant manager and started working with employer from 22 march 2018 and now my employer is saying that they don't need me anymore. And my student visa was expired on April 2018. Q1- can I apply for student visa again? Q2- what are other possibilities for me as I don't have 3 years full time experience for 187. Qualifications I've got is 1- Cert iv in business Management 2- Diploma of business Management 3- Cert iv commercial cookery. It's very urgent please help me guys. Ravi patel Posted November 11, 2018 Share Posted November 11, 2018 Hi paala there are bit less chance of approval of student visa as they can refuse for the of genuine temporary entrance. U can still try that if you want. On the other hand, u can let your employer withdraw nomination and let ur visa refused. By this way, at least u can apply aat, federal circuit court and federal court. From here you can buy plenty of time to think about something else. Unfortunately, when immi will refuse your application, u will be barred from lodging most of the applications onshore in future. So what u have to do is to get bridging visa b, go offshore to lodge any application and come back(u can come back only for permanent visa application such as 187, 190 otherwise u have to stay offshore till decision for rest of the application eg 457, student) i hope this will help u Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
