POSITION: RETAIL MANAGER CANBERRA NOM AND VISA:14/10/2016 DOCUMENTS REQUESTED FOR NOMINATION: 23/12/2017 NOMINATION REFUSED:07/02/2018 Case officer provided a reason that my role is not satisfactory as a retail manager, I have provided every possible document and have 6 years experience. Anyways my migration agent and few others have suggested me to hire a good lawyer as my case have a good chance at AAt Apeal. Anyone on this forum or know who have been through AAT process and have been successful, also know any lawyer is good at these type of cases and doesn't charge a lot as I cannot afford at the moment. Thank you so much to everyone on this forum, you guys have kept me positive throughout the process. If something is in my hand I know what to do but if some one else has to process they have to move under certain rules and regulations. We have no control over it. You have applied let them work and you enjoy a sound sleep till the time you hear a good news about your visa grant. There is no use burning your blood, relax and enjoy. As cook Queensland regional. after 17/09/17 Nomination approved by Immigration. but no visa still waiting today. 18/2/18. I hope immigration wake up soon.
