I actually think you're right, from what I've been told from immi, they told me they are just waiting on some internal checks to come back regarding the nom before they can finalise everything. To add a signature, click on 'Edit Signature' under the 'Settings and Options' area of the navigation bar within the User CP. I think some application from has been approved. I applied 30th of april so im waiting for my 3 month complete.
