The boss called IMMI three weeks ago and the operator said that the nomination would be finalized by the end of Sept, but no news, he called them again yesterday, was told that it is still under reviewing and no further time frame, really don't know what is happening..

I am trying to upload the new AFP in ImmiAccount, I clicked the button of "Attach document" under "Supporting documents" and uploaded it, then the AFP shows on "Supporting documents provided" list, is it correct? Anyone have experience? Thanks.

Does anyone has experience for complain Immi? Someone told me that the applicant can go to Immi Counter to fill in complain form if the processing time is too long and beyond the timeframe.

I am still on 457 which will be expired next year.

My employer's sponsorship for 457 was expired in May this year (3 years sponsorship), does anyone know if it effect my ongoing 186 application? My case has been processed for 7 months and nomination is still pending. Thanks

The processing time frame is 6 months and now it exceeds, I have sent inquiry email to immi and received reply that it is under assessing, just it. Thus no way to know what happened behind it.

They requested the statement for the salary rate which is listed on the check list of immi website. I am transition stream and it is quite long wait now and I am becoming lost hope on this issue..

I sent email to immi and it reply that"We appreciate your patience on this matter. The application continues to be assessed against the relevant legislation. I confirm your application is being assessed. If any additional information is required you will be informed via email." , seems no help
