Hello everyone , i have a question that on Friday I call to immigration and ask them what is going on with my visa application and they ask me that you will get the answer within few days so what does that means I might be get reply within one or two week I don't know what is going on because on my online immi acc its shows last updated 10 April but when I call immi that person put me on hold and then said that they are working on your case I am really worried

Monitoring person ask for all the documents from my employer which we provide them when applied nomination and the co ask for my police clearance because the name shows on police clearance was different from my passport name it was comes up with surname first and then my given name so he ask us to send it with as it shows on my passport with given name and then my surname

Hi everyone and congrats to everyone who got their permanent residence .my case is got stuck on one place and if I ask my MA they said if we hear something from immigration you will be the first person to whom we will tell .my this waiting is really killing me :ssign2: my timeline is nomination and visa both applied on 24 October 2014 document requested on 09 March documents requested again on 10april even after submitting documents waiting for my turn

Yes mani they ask me all these questions and shiriniwas no our police clearance was not expired but there was some mistake with surname co said the surname should not be come at front of your name it should be same as on your passport but my ma said before they were fine if surname comes first or ..

They ask for Australian police clearance and give 28 days time we applied and mine comes in one week but my partner's police clearance take ages and my MA request for extra time from immigration and when ever we call afp they says we are going very busy so that's why it's take long time now it's more then one month I have submitted our police clearance and haven't hear anything from immigration and I ask my MA she said now immigration is monitoring random business so until they finlised their monitoring they will not give any reply.really pissed off

I applied for 186 in 2014 and still waiting for permanent residency my timeline is 457 visa approved 20 sep 2012 186 and nomination lodge 24 oct 14 more document requested 9 March document requested again in April 9 document submitted in may still waiting for nomination and visa to approve .......:ssign13:
