KazBaker Posted June 13, 2018 Share Posted June 13, 2018 (edited) Help post : what is the term “Trainning benchmark online” With checking all the previous discussion about Trainning started getting worried as many nomination being refused due to lack of documents providing or wrong done. now what to be done to satisfy immigration in terms of meet trainning benchmark criteria such as “evidence the attendance of trainning” at work. Did anyone have done attendence of trainning in regards Trainning Benchmark requirement recently? i asked my employer, he replied, “Previous financial year trainning has been done online.” Is it ok if trainning is done online? I have no idea what to do with it. Is it ok for immigration? Do they accept as an evidence of attending the Trainning? please share your experience mate. Help us ! We did aubmit a training plan along with the contract and the payslips of the training person and the payg summary but no training attendance . Huge congratulations!! This makes me so happy as I am also a recruiter and applied 21/12/2017 - so maybe there's hope for mine not taking too much longer! My MA suggested to update any document on my application, cause they are going to be really strick with our visa : Updated BAS + financial report, new organisation chart, new payslips, updated position description, any documents what shows your going to continue in your nomination position, and ANY DOCUMENTS RELEVANT TO TRAINING, such as evidence of payment, evidence of training, certificate issued for trainee, letter from the training provider. Just wanted to let you know, as I saw many refusement without asking for further documents.. Hope we see some good news this week! Question for you - what type of company is it you're working for? Are you working internally or at an agency? If agency, is it a large one or a boutique? Thanks so much! Hey, I have my fingers crossed for you but hopefully you are not to far away, I saw another recruiter on this forum get their approval in around 6 months also.... I work for a boutique external recruitment firm but they are well versed in sponsorship/visa process as half of our office is from outside of Australia!! My MA asked my company for all documents for this year to update so that once the CO opens the file and if everything is complete and in order they will approve the case.
