  2. If they have previously approved a nomination with the same set of documents , ur chances to win in aat are high then. Providing extra documents will only make your case stronger . Can u please explain what do u mean by “training benchmark two months ago”in your earlier post?
  3. Srry to heat that gourav. What was the reason of the refusal? reapplying of ur nomination depends on that.
  4. Hey bro, all u need is your trn no which u will find on the bridging visa letter u must have received after u applied. Simply login into ur immiaccount and select import application.
  5. Bro did u attach any training plan? That who is getting trained on which day n for how many hours? And i dont think it was a good idea of doing training benchmark this way, being a cook ur MA should have told u to pay a tafe like everone else do it. Is ur restaurant big enough to Afford seperate trainer? If there is a turn over of more than 10 million a year i think then only we should go for the pther option. Again thats what i think. Mistakes have been made hopefully ull be able to get thorough this..
  6. I have been asking the same question since yeaterday. We did aubmit a training plan along with the contract and the payslips of the training person and the payg summary but no training attendance . Has anyone gone through the same situation here??
  7. Anyone who has done training benchmark by showing the salary of a person whose kob is to provide training??
  8. Bro u didnt get my question right . Do u know the documents needed if there is an internal employee whose job is to provide training? I know normally businesses pay to a tafe or a college . But this is not always the case. If there is someone in the business providing training his salary can also count towards the training benchmark requirement. My question is if thats the case what documents should be provided ?
  9. Thanks for your reply kaz. Yes i know payroll documents but is it just the payslips of the person providing training with thier employment contract and payg summary? Or should their be some sort of training plan as well??any one who practically gone thruu this process??

  11. Hi 26 lucky sorry to hear about ur nomination refusal i hope u get thruu this hrd time soon . Just in curiousity what was your occupation? And when u say they fullfill all requiremnts but lack of paperwork . Can u tell us a bit more about what was uploaded and what was missed? Thank you
