The problem is you start to to question yourself after time and when you see different posts on here with different opinions it plays on your mind. My employer shared their application to my immi account so I'm able to see all documents attached. They have uploaded all required documents up to March 18 so that's good. It depends on the year the business got approved. this is when you applied for a business approval before your 457 visa application. so the approval year till current year your training benchmark should be paid every year. Agreed! Basically the government want companies that consistently invest money and time training their employees.
