Have to consult other lawyers to find right path. I have already wasted so much time here(10 years) and 3 1/2 years with greedy employer. I wish I could kill them.

Thanks, that idiot MA told me there’s much chances to get refused in AAT bcz they are getting rid of unwanted people. Suggested to apply for student visa.

They said training wasn’t provided during 2012-2015, even two other people got residency that time, And training was up to date. Very upset atm. I came to Australia in 2007 still struggling to get PR? my bad luck never leaves me.

Didn't your company pay for training after 2015. Because your company need to maintain training expenditure every year Yes, everything is up to date but don’t know why they refused nomi.

I'm sorry to hear. Could you please share the reasons and if DE or TRT? It’s TRT, reason is benchmark training back dated 2012-2015, which is already in system. Refusal is totally unreasonable, going to see lawyer tomorrow will see what he suggests.
