    Hi guys, I am starting to lose hope... My time line: 457-186 visa applied Mar 2017 refused April 2018 AAT applied May 2018 AAT opened October 2020 Approved End of March 2021. Vic Then visa send back to immigration and nothing hear from them . Tried several times contact with the department but nothing happens…. Nearly one year since AAT remitted the case back to immi..

    My agent had a winning AAT(186TRT) case in late Sep 2020. Got approved Visa in December 2020. I am not sure because it is 186 not 187....

    Hi . My AAT just open, requested financial docs.We will seek extension in order to get all the paperwork ready .Don’t know what gonna happen after that. So nervous... Timeline:457-186 may 2017 Refused may 2018 Appeal AAT June 2018 AAT open 27th October 2020

    It’s so hard waiting for almost 1year. I personal think even verification can get the result after 1year.

    I talked my agent this morning,he said must be something under investigation about my visa part otherwise it should not take this long (further assessment for 3months 13 days).
