I'm sorry to say that but It's probably a matter of urgency... it's not like there's a shortage of hairdressers out there, and if there's actually one, it probably has a lower priority compared to doctors, engineers etc.

Are you a doctor? How long have you been waiting?

Yea i applied Oct 2016 de still no update

I feel your pain guys ! Regardless of whether hairdressers are "priority" or notWhen you've been waiting best part of 2 years for a decision that effects the rest of your life it's a really horrible position to be in. " Living in limbo"

I have 3 boys who are growing fast, my eldest is about to apply for the royal navy as a back up plan incase Oz doesn't go through, at this rate he'll be joined up before we get a decision and I'd of lost my little boy to the visa process and time it's taken.

Life still goes on around the visa application I'm afraid ?

I'm so sad for all of you guys who are waiting offshore and for such a long long time.

Please, stay strong and think about us...

The majority of us are alone, without family. Some people  left their wife and kids in their home town meanwhile they are waiting for the Visa.

Be positive,

I hope we'll have a good news soon!!??

Letter just says your nomination for Rizwan has been refused and under this circumstances we cannot approve your visa. Invitation to comment on refusal. You must reply with next 28 days.  The worst part is I’m in India now I don’t know if they would let me in when I come back because I have bridging visa B. I’m not what to do now. Any suggestions

Hello Rizwan,

Sorry about your loss brother. As per my information you still have 28 days to get back in to Australia. Since I am not the lawyer You better confirm from your migration agent. I can feel your pain. I wish the response was different but all i can say now is this ain't the end of the world bro.

No if you have read what I have post you have to renew the document because they are not going to ask you anymore

They can't refuse you for not having an updated Police check. Its mainly the company's docs they want updated

Hi I applied my 186 visa TRT visa in May 2017 but my 457 visa is expiring in june 2018 problem is i added my wife in my 186 visa and applied while she was offshore because we did not expect that time the process will take that long so she did not get bridging visa because she was offshore now she is onshore on my 457 dependent visa is there any way we can apply her Bridging visa because my wife visa is expiring in this june and i do not want to extend my 457 visa thanks

I think you can get her on the bridging Visa. You should probably visit Immigration office and they will guide you to that. I thinkit would not be too much hassle for you to get her on the bridging of ENS 187. Good Luck !!
