I couldn't imagine the heartache of setting yourself for going to Oz, getting everything together ready to apply and suddenly finding you were no longer on the SOL... Unfortunately it has happened several times over the last few years. Some of the late 2009 and 2010 posts are very sad, and some members of PIO who had got everything together and who had already applied when the priorities/sponsored occupations were changed over that period are still sat waiting in Priority 5 limbo land. There is no reason that your TRA skills assessment would be impacted by the change in the SOL list. What it means is that you would not be able to apply for this occupation for the 189 visa as of 1st July 2013. Assuming the occupation remains within the CSOL you would have the various options that are available to people to individuals with occupations on the CSOL. I have been working in OZ for the last two years on a 457 visa and have just applied for ENS 186 Transition Stream on 25. June 2013. Both nomination and visa applications submitted as DRC on the said date. However, supporting docs have not been uploaded as of yet by the MA. Would this omission affect my visa & Nom applications?
