  1. Thanks guys, am sure your visa grants are just around the corner...Cheers and thank you...
  2. Hello Everyone, My final posts on here:) At last my visa has been approved today by the same CO who approved the nomination last Friday. Phew,,,thank GOD the stress I over!!!!! This thread in particular had given me hope throughout the waiting period...All the best to those of you who are still waiting. Many thanks...: Chaz
  3. Yeah, booked me and family's & paid online even before the application process. Just have to fill in the relevant forms prior to attending the medicals. The results were sent by Medibank to Global Health so never saw them. However, had to forward copy of tax invoice to agent to link medicals with application.
  4. Yes, everything was done and uploaded upfront with both applications. Don't know how long the visa grant will take to come, probably another two months maybe:-(
  5. Hi Isabel, It did seem like eons but just buried myself in work and kept busy so did not seem that long. I wasn't expecting it as the ens applications were taking long to be approved. Anyhow, wait, wait and wait is all we can do, I guess. Good luck to all of us. There is hope :-)
  6. Hi All, Just an update from me: 30/08/13: Nomination Approved, now the second stage waiting begins. Got a call this arvo from MA of the good news. Cheers...

    Form 1221

Hi there, If it's any easier, you can call immi on 1300 number AEST and give them your passport number, and request for the other two visa numbers linked to your passport. They should be able to provide those, 13 digit numbers. I had to do that when I was filling in this form. Hope this helps. Chaz
  9. Hi All, Just an update from a client officer at immi. I called immigration on 1300 number to see where application was at. No case officer allocated as of yet, advised that they are currently allocating May 13 applications. Also enquired if they have received all medical results with application as Medibank Health Services (MHS) sent direct to The processing office. We are a family of four. However, it's only showing my husband and eldest son's results as uploaded but not for me and youngest son. MHS advised that the latter medicals were sent to immigration since baby did not have his own passport and was linked to mine. Would this be a problem, as on delay when CO is allocated? Still awaiting passport for baby from home country. Am worried now even though not still a long way to go yet.....
  10. Hi Saqibqu, Thanks for your post. That's good to know DIAC is actually assigning CO as late as May. Parramatta CoE. It will be great to get approved in 2-3 months. Regards, Chaz
  11. Hi TeeTMI, I am one of those affected by the removed occupations, AME(Avionics). I have been working in OZ for the last two years on a 457 visa and have just applied for ENS 186 Transition Stream on 25. June 2013. Both nomination and visa applications submitted as DRC on the said date. However, supporting docs have not been uploaded as of yet by the MA. Would this omission affect my visa & Nom applications? I am so worried...Please help. Many thanks.
  12. Hi Saqibqu, I am a newbie on this forum. Mine was lodged by MA DRC for Transition Stream too on 25 June 2013, both Nom & Visa App. Receipt for payment same day. Did your agent upload all the supporting documents at the same time? Mine did not do so, she said next week after the system is up and running again. Is it too late and will that not make the application "valid", as in incomplete without the docs attached? My agent also said that at this stage, DRC or not does not matter due to the large number of ENS applicants, it could take 4 to 12 months to get PR. Here's hoping that we don't have to wait that long...,fingers crossed. Thanks.
  13. Hi Everyone, I am new on this forum, just joined after months of reading other people's posts. I have found the info very useful and reassuring that there are many people in the same boat as I am. My agent has finally applied for ENS 186 nomination and visa application together on 25/06/13 as DRC. My question is has anyone submitted DRC through an agent lately and around the same timeframe? Also, how soon do the documents need to be uploaded? Thanking you for your help.
