If I had a medical issue on any Australian visa, I would contact George Lombard. From all the reports I believe he is the best, but there are a few that also get very high recommendations - but that number is counted on one hand.

Partner visas can be pretty straight forward. They are based on relationship evidence, health and character. If you tick all those boxes it gets approved. Ideally you want a relationship that is well over a year old known by others, have no serious (as in expensive or TB) health issues and have been on the good side of the law. If you satisfy that, its just putting it all together in the application - that's the basics of it but best to put forward a well planned and submitted application, that takes some effort to learn.

Sponsor does not need to show any savings. Save some upload slots in case requested documents need uploading. Combine several photos per page and a brief narrative about each photo, combine say around 5 pages into a single PDF and upload that. You are looking for quality here not quantity. Photos over time and with others including family and at different locations.

Apparently they have the services of a RMA based in Melbourne. But don't wish to discuss the issue with that current RMA. A new RMA taking service unless the old RMA is terminated is not good practice. One will assume that the old RMA had a course to respond to allegations. Most MRA's I know never get involved in another RMA's case till the client has terminated the previous contract. Something about RMA's being licenced deserve some respect that they operate legally and morally. Sorry I find this post disturbing in nature on a few levels.

Early Childhood often food is supplied - warm or cold depending on season. In Schools it is Canteen food or BYO. The Canteen in some can be of great quality, price, hot and cold and limited days or all days. Many schools also have microwaves for use of students. But it all depends on the school (some have strict rubbish food restrictions also).

They will never grant more visas a year than "planned" so that then works on wait times. I have not heard why UK has many short grant times currently - but the planning levels for the year will be exactly as planned.

Mate book your offshore thing to Bali and reply to that email and uploads to your immiaccount the same itinerary. Remind them via immiaccount in departure lounge and advise them as soon as you check into the hotel in Bali, that you are offshore. Yes front loaded can have benefits, and my opinion this time of year is best. But good applications are very important. Obviously your application proves that applications or not dealt with in order received!

Correct is not required anymore, but you can if you wish.

I think it is Bupa in Australia that do the "medicals", they can be done at any approved centre in the world. Don't contact "visa offices" for information, its a very bad idea.

A plan could be to use a temporary visa for the remainder of the wait for the 309 grant. You can not apply for a long term 6 or 12 months visitor visa on the grounds of wanting to live with your family while you wait for the 309, visitor visas are not granted for those reasons. There is also no work while on a visitor visa and you will need to go offshore for the 309 grant. Similar to a Visitor Visa is the ETA, it is fast to get (almost instant in cases) and is cheaper. It is valid for 12 months but only has maximum 3 months stays - so you will need to go offshore every 3 months till grant of the 309. There are many cheap offshore destinations from Brisbane for a night or two to rest the ETA. ETA also has no work rights. Both visas are issued for about the same reasons - visit family and friends and holiday type activities, so keep that in mind when filling the application. It is very wise to have a plan B, The number of Family Stream (Partner Visas) is strictly limited each year. Processing is adjusted to try meet these limits - this years limit has 130 days to go. So after June 30, the processing will read adjust to ? Even if on a Visitor Visa 600 or an ETA when in Australia you will be entitled to Medicare as you have applied for the 309. This just makes it easier than using the shared health care agreements.

I never even indicated it was for this year - but sorry for brining it to your attention that - front loaded applications at times can be advantages to some. Not saying to do it or any other thing, just info for some to use at their discretion. I am sure some would risk a few hundred dollars to save a few months, others not. I will add that it is very important for the immigration section to meet all the planning levels set for each year, and they will change the normal to achieve that.

RMA's don't like PAM's to be public knowledge. I note his very brief comment with no actual info if it is actual out of date by a year reference or any other notation. But another member seems keen to supply the "out of date" parameters on that such post. With due respect Nemesis Registered Agents are not always correct - but often are. So if said RMA wishes to disagree with me then let them, they are more qualified than you, and I will answer their questions happily. I certainly respect all RMA's But you are not one but a 6 dot member from what I see. I also will guess never seen a 820 PAM 3 before current or not - but that's normal for most.
