  1. Thank you, Pom Queen. I was looking at both having good ratings/feedback on google. Neither of them have any emails in their contacts. It is difficult for us to reach out to them and discuss as I am also traveling across the Gulf these couple of weeks, where roaming rates are insane and time difference isn’t helping either ;-) Would you by any chance have any of their conveyancer’s direct emails?
  2. Dear all, Could someone pls recommend a good conveyancing solicitor in Brisbane? Currently based in London, we will be relocating back to Brissy in September and have now put a verbal offer for a house, which was accepted. Quick Google search returned quite some number of slicitor options. However having a 10 hours of time difference makes it hard to call numbers and choosing the right one. We’ve filled in a couple of online enquiry forms, but none have responded back to us yet.. If someone knows a trustworthy solicitor who we can address by email - pls kindly share one. Cheers
  3. Thank you, all 309 and 100 granted yesterday. As VERYSTORMY predicted - all took less than two months! )
  4. 309 and 100 granted yesterday, 6 weeks waiting in total Applied January 7th, 2018 Granted February 21st, 2018
  5. Thanks, VERYSTORMY, we keep our fingers crossed. It would be good to have a plan B, though :-)
  6. Hello all, I wonder if someone can advise on our options here. We've applied online (London) for my wife's 309/100 in January 2018 and no CO was assigned to our case yet. I was just advised that my company will be shutting down its UK office and I will be made redundant. I am on a UK residence permit and will have to leave UK by end of August 2018. We have two school age girls with Aussie passports and therefore we'll need to relocate to Brisbane immediately, including household items/furniture as my company will pay for transportation to Australia. It is unlikely that my wife will have her 309/100 granted by late August 2018. We just can't imagine that we'll have to move without her coming with us. We've been married for 10 years. Is there a way for us to apply for some sort of bridging visa, so that my wife may come with us and wait for 309/100 on-shore? Thanks a million, Paul
