I wonder if you have an idea how the others on 309 had comprehensively done the photo collation. We've got about 15 slots left for attachment.

Hi everyone, My partner and I have just lodged our 309 application. Submitted a couple of documents as evidence, and it was all going smoothly until we were stalled with an item under Form 40 sp for sponsors with the question " have you ever had outstanding debts to the government". Is debt to the ATO considered a debt ? ( sponsor was over refunded by $1k in 2016)? But it's been settled. Should the answer be a " yes " because the qualifying word is OUTSTANDING? Also, how much approximately are sponsors expected to show as bank savings to qualify as sponsors? Thanks in advance to anyone who might be able to answer this question.

Hi guys, It's been a week since lodging 309, and I still have a couple of questions needing clarification: 1. Is there still a need for a sponsor to download, fill up, and attach form 40sp? What about form 47 sp for applicant, but we noticed that the online form has asked the same questions under a pdf 47 sp. 2. What about a photograph? How did others here scanned and uploaded a photo of the applicant? Hope someone can help clarify these Qs.

Hi, I hope someone can share their experience about my question. I've lodged my application a few minutes ago, and I'm aware that details about my parents have been filled in the online form. When I reached the section for attaching evidence, I noticed that my parents' names were placed under recommended items needing documents for evidence. I didn't pay attention to that since as the heading implied IT WASNT a required field. In fact, my payment went through smoothly. However, after I've made the payment I saw the names of both my parents labelled as applicants right below my own name. Why are they considered applicants? Did I make an error somewhere? Thanks in advance to anyone who can shed light on this.

Thanks Aisha, I'm currently correcting it under UPDATE US feature of the website. But I wonder, should I click incorrect ALL other names including my name because it appears there as well as an applicant ? or should I just click on the names of my partner's siblings, parent, and niece and leave my partner's name and my name being the APPLICANT and SPONSOR respectively?

Hi everyone,My partner and I have just submitted the 309 application. But a very big problem appeared on the immi screen after payment is that when it includes the NON-Migrating family members ( who are not Aus citizens or PR)! What does that mean?Shouldn't there be only one name to appear as applicant ( that of my partner ) and should exclude those family members?Also, on the organise the health requirement section even the non-migrating family members have been included.What we understood with the question " does this applicant have any family member not traveling to Australia who are not citizens or PR " is that we are just required to indicate the family members names even if they are not migrating nor are included in the application.Please help! Did we misconstrue the question? What do we do?

Hi everyone, Just have a quick question regarding uploading forms for Visa 309. Forms 47sp ( applicant ) and 40 ( sponsor ) should still be scanned and attached? I realised the questions asked and information needed are the same with the form and online. Hoping to submit finally the online application tonight before the maintenance scheduled tomorrow.

Hi, I just have a question. I'm eligible for applying as a citizen, and I intend to lodge my application by February 4,2018. My permanent resident visa expires on 25th November 2018. But with the current pace of approvals it seems that visa would run out before my citizenship is conferred. Does that mean I may have to exit OZ after 25th November until my citizenship is approved?
