    I might have got the wrong end of the stick here (blame my age!) but, are you saying that you were granted a visa in December 2015 and you have to be in Australia by Feb 2016? Two months? Surely I've got it wrong...

    Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum, so bear with me if I'm posting in the wrong place! I'm an Australian, my husband is British. We applied for partner visa 309 in March 2015 (online). All the documents have been sent, medical done, police check done. Now we wait! Does anyone know how they get in touch to say we've been accepted? I'm checking emails and Immi account every day! Is there another step between all documents sent and visa issue? I'm hoping our case is simple enough...!! No kids, no family, just us two. would be interested to hear how other people are going with it all. Sandy.
