  1. The 103 visa queue has gone down today by 110 for the queue dates up to 16/6/2016 03/05/2010. Processed 30 23/05/2011. Processed 60 16/06/2016 Processed 20
  2. What qualifies as actual living ? We spend the winters in Spain in a Motorhome on campsites , the official rules state if you stay over 183 days you should register with the Spanish authorities also vehicles be on Spanish plates , there are loads of brits on these sites who do not register and are effectively living in 2 countries
  3. We have been in the 103 queue for 3years and it has reduced by over 9000 , I suspect that there are a high number of drop outs when the time comes . So who knows for queue date in 2013 could be 7 years or 3 years . Another thing I was wondering about is of those 1500 visas granted how many actually make the move or are they using dual nationality to travel to and from
  4. The 103 queue has reduced today for the following queue dates 23/05/2011. 100 01/05/2014. 20 16/06/2016. 10 total. 130
  5. An update for those in the 103 queue . For applicants with queue dates up to 16/06/2016 the queue reduced by 03/05/2010. 70 23/05/2011. 110 01/05/2013. 20 24/08/2015. 40 16/06/2015 30 total 290
  6. Last updated 03/08/2018 what is your queue date ?. They seem a bit hit and miss with the updating sometimes monthly and then nothing for months.
  7. Update to the 103 queue today Queue date reduction 05/10/2010 110 23/05/2011 70 01/05/2013 10 01/05/2014 10 24/08/2015 10 total 210
  8. Yes people do apply but nobody has yet waited 30 years for a non cont 103 visa the actual wait at the moment is 8 years
  9. The figures I quote only relate prior to my queue date of 24/08/15 , newer than this date. Is not relevant to me , there are likely to be some reductions in the queue between 2015 and now.
  10. Don’t believe everything the 804 queue went down 140 in the last 15 months and that includes dropouts
  11. That is not what the actual wait is as there would be a very high drop out over a reasonable wait period . Who is going to wait 22 or 30 years for a parent visa to Australia , your grandchildren could be grandparents themselves
  12. I wonder how many “no shows” when they start processing 2010/11 applications as I never notice anybody on here posting about old visa timelines
  13. Hi Linda h27 it’s strange they quote 22 years but it’s never gone above 8 years so far.
  14. You have 31400 ahead of you at the moment . I will include your date in future updates
  15. Noticed in the 103 queue between 2010 and 2015 the figures /applicants were about 250 per month but in last 6months of 2010 it was nearly 1000 per month . what happened back then to cause this increase ??
  16. Just noticed a small error above 24/05/15 should be 24/08/15 sorry
  17. I f you give me your queue date I will update the figures relevant to you.
  18. Unexpected/Unusual update to the 103 visa queue . From the last update on 10 th July until today the queue has gone down as follows queue date Reduction 03/05/10 440 23/05/11 480 01/05/12 60 01/05/13 70 01/05/15 70 24/05/15 270 Total 1390 T hats a big change
  19. How can you say this I can’t see the connection between AOS and switching visas . The current 103 has not reduced in in recent years applications see my previous posts.
  20. 103 visa queue as at 10/07/18 queue date IN Queue Reduction since last update 7/1/10 290 50 3/5/10 1260 160 23/5/11 6920 1/5/12 9210 60 1/5/13 12410 1/5/14 14910 1/5/15 17540 20 24/8/15 23900 10 So not many swopping to 143
  21. I know its some time since this was posted but the 103 queue only has 340 prior to 2010 which i think are all problem cases and they currently processing 2010. so the people who applied then are waiting 8 years or less . The 30 year quotes might be true in the future but they are not factual until they happen
  22. I thought you had to pay for own health cover on the contributory visas . As you say what are the benefits once you reach a certain age
  23. Sorry did not realise they are on the 804 visa,.Since the 18/6/2016 to 28/3/2018 they have reduced the 804 queue by by 350 but if they are already there with a bridging visa does it matter
  24. Your acknowledgment letter should show a date which you can look up to find your place in the queue. For info there are only 340 cases prior to 2010 which makes the waiting time for 103 less than 8 years for those currently being assessed
