Let's hope the 100 is granted for you all, so if being together for more then 15 yrs could be granted permanent before the two years is up,or before the visas are granted .

I have being with my OH for 15 yrs ,3kids and mortgage in the UK, my family is out in Aussie, what did you mean will be slightly longer for me regarding the 10mths point

My partner is a crane driver and we are moving over next year when our visas come in, we are looking for Perth area ,but he said he will travel for right job.

Hello everyone, we are putting in our visas next week, I am an Aussie and sponsoring my OH ,my kids will go with descendants of an Aussie so will have Aussie passports, it looks like from all replies that the visas are granted after the 10mth mark, but question for you all, when it is granted how long is the deadline to leave the UK, as we are unsure when to put the house on the market ? Can you do the medical and police before they ask for them and then send them in or do you have to wait for them to say when to go in , any help would be much appreciated

Hello everyone, we are putting in our visas forms for partner migration ,I am an Aussie born and bred ,but have lived here for a good 10+years, and yippee going back home now,with my partner and kids. Has anyone done the new visa with the new guidelines going in for the 309 for PR visa,and how long has it taken it says guide line of 10-14mths till approved, any tips or info would be much a appreciated :wink:
