Yes, I have already started my process for immigration. Its my cousins who want to do it as well. One is a dentist and the other is an LLB, both bachelor degree holders. Both are based in Mumbai, India. Both have around 1.5 years of experience. It seems they need to give certain examinations for their degree to be assessed. So needed some information on that. Both planning to clear all required examinations in the next 1-1.5 years, so as to make it to 3 years of experience by the time they start their immigration process.

Hello Savio, I am from Mumbai, the main applicant and my husband will be tagging along with me. He is a BCom, CA. Just wanted to ask you what documents will you be uploading to prove functional english of your wife? BCom is 3 years full-time course from Pune University. All his mark-sheets and degree certificate are in English language. But none of these documents say that medium of instruction was English. Im confused as whether the degree and mark-sheets will be enough. Or should I get a letter from Pune University stating that medium of instruction was English.

You need the Hap Id before you can start your medicals. The docs will upload your med reports online for the given Hap Id.

In fact the immiaccount does not show any of the point based sub-classes. This is really weird. Nothing I can do about it right now, I ll just wait for my ITA and then try thru the link as mentioned by Bissy. cmat, did you use the link as mentioned by bissy or did u go thru directly from the immi site?

Im waiting for invite. I did my EOI on 11th Feb. I just thought of keeping the main PR application form filled and ready, so created an ImmiAccount login and started with a new application. No sign of sub-class 189 there..

My EOI was for 189 with 70 points score. Still waiting for ITA.

Looking at the language in your question, im sure you will achieve an 8 easily.

hey, wat exactly is form 80? I did my EOI for 189. expecting ita by 24th Feb. I have already applied for PCC. Waiting for ITA to do medicals. But wat exactly is form 80 that everyone looks worried abt? I havent seen anything like that in the aus immi website. I am based in mumbai, india.
