Hi guys ... For my 457 visa .. My sponsorship is already approved ... on 7 th April my lawyer has submitted application for nomination/visa .. But till now i havent got anything yet .. He says to wait.. Any idea guys of getting delays ... Someone is also waiting for response of their application... I asked for for trn number but lawyer said nothing got at the moment ... Please support your views .... Thanks

cannot say how much time will take for desicion but normally its about week time. . Please do take any refrence id or trn number from your agent. You should have details of your case .... Same thing happen with me. Agent is not providing any proof that case is lodged . Though I am insisting him to give me some details but he said have to wait for couple days .. Cheers...

Hi all For 457 visa ..i have to fill 1066 form . .my lawyer is in aust and i m in india I got couple of questions .: - 1-how would i know the correct and current version of application form. 1066 2-they asked for passport size photograph , should i stick and get colored scan. Please let me know guys...waiting for any quick help Thanks

Hi all.. I m also under process of 457 visa. . I applied on 3rd march through lawyer. Only he submited sponsor application only. rest of application is still pending. I don't know why he didn't lodge all applications at same time. I m waiting for sponsor approval. Every day my lawyer says tomorrow will get approve. . let me know if anyone us experiencing same... please share.

M still waiting for sponsor approval.... I have hired agent and nomination and visa aaplicatin is still pending.. Anyone else also facing this situation On the top this weekend kills ...

Hi all As i am under process of 457 visa . I have lodged application only sponsored application. ( 3rd march ) .. Immi has also called emplyer And enquire evrything .On 18 th march . Does anybody can gave me idea how much time should i expect to get repsonse for sponsor approval. Only Would appreciate any response. Thanks

Apart from all visa matter . How many cases on average does one case officer handle at one time. Its nothing to do with any case It was just strike in my mind . May be some people will find this question silly. But I just got this thought in my mind so I shared with u guys. Hope to get some information cheers

Hi all Sharing my ongoing experience for 457 visa appliaction. Recently i have lodged 457 visa application,.. at the moment only sponsorship application is lodged below is my timeline. I have read so many stories about this 457 processing . Some took 2 weeks and some 2months . Since the day my agent has lodged the application . I m loosing patience to get the final result. i CANNOT see online status as sponsorship application is lodged by my company immi account. So frustrating both agent and company is in sydney i m in india . . Let see what will happen. Further i have to email my agent to ask for status .. 457 visa -independent . Sponsorship application lodged on --3-march 2014 case officer allocated --11-march -2014 still......more to go .... Any experiences who have recently lodged application.......cheers
