Hi guys ... For my 457 visa .. My sponsorship is already approved ... on 7 th April my lawyer has submitted application for nomination/visa .. But till now i havent got anything yet .. He says to wait.. Any idea guys of getting delays ... Someone is also waiting for response of their application... I asked for for trn number but lawyer said nothing got at the moment ... Please support your views .... Thanks

cannot say how much time will take for desicion but normally its about week time. . Please do take any refrence id or trn number from your agent. You should have details of your case .... Same thing happen with me. Agent is not providing any proof that case is lodged . Though I am insisting him to give me some details but he said have to wait for couple days .. Cheers...

Hi all For 457 visa ..i have to fill 1066 form . .my lawyer is in aust and i m in india I got couple of questions .: - 1-how would i know the correct and current version of application form. 1066 2-they asked for passport size photograph , should i stick and get colored scan. Please let me know guys...waiting for any quick help Thanks

Hi all.. I m also under process of 457 visa. . I applied on 3rd march through lawyer. Only he submited sponsor application only. rest of application is still pending. I don't know why he didn't lodge all applications at same time. I m waiting for sponsor approval. Every day my lawyer says tomorrow will get approve. . let me know if anyone us experiencing same... please share.
