Dear All , Its me back again . My timelines are as follows Nomination applied for ENS 186 ( Labour Agreeement Stream ) on 08/04/2014 Visa Application Submitted on 01/05/2014 CO assigned and Asked for documents on 22/05/2014 Documents submitted as requested but told form 80 is not needed for my spouse. Medical done for my spouse on 02/06/2014 ( Overseas) medical finalised on 27/06/2014 ( as told by CO) now waiting for Grant result. finger crossed xx thank you ..

Hi everyone, I have recently been asked by my case officer to submit some documents for my PR application (ENS 186 - labour agreement Scheme ). I cant submit those documents as I am overseas for couple of weeks. How can I request for extension ? And also can I do my health check overseas although the application was lodved from Sydney??. Please advise me . I am really stressed as I can't provide those documents with 28 days . Many thanks

My timeline is : ENS 186 (Labour Agreement stream ) nomination applied: on 08/04/2014 Visa application lodged on : 01/05/2014 Application status : on progress Can someone tell me what documents do I need to submit apart from Passport, birth certificate, Police certificates ( AFP,ACRO overseas police certificates), I am not sure whether I need to submit P80 form. I would appreciate your advice. And Can I travel overseas after applying this visa.... thank you

Dear all , I just have my nomination approved under 186 ENS labour agreement scheme , I am applying visa soon. I want to ask if I need to make police report from Australia if we haven't been here 1 year. And also if full medical was done for 457 within a year , do I still have to have full medical for this application or they accept the same medical .Please advise me.... Thank you

I had my nomination applied on Nov 2013 for ENS 186 Labour agreement stream for nurse by my employer .Its been nearly 4 months that I havent heard anything. So frustrating .I asked my HR several times for the update , but they keep saying they havent heard anything back from nursing and midwifery Office( NAMo).Donot know what to do.. waiting and waiting .. Has anyone been through the same situation?? please advise me ..

No i havent received any grant emails apart from some emails from HR which mentioned about nomination application. Any one knows what NAMO is ? HR officer told me she is going to email NAMO regarding the progress of my nomination.. I thought it is usually DIAC

My nomination was lodged on the 2nd week of November for ENS labour agreement stream, still have not heard anything .. I don't know why it is taking so long .. I am getting frustrated. Hi I am on 457 Visa since July 2013 ,My employer has applied nomination under ENS labour agreement scheme.I donot know how long does it take to get approval for nomination.It was applied in Mid Nov 2013, and still I haven't heard anything from them. Can apply for visa before nomination approved? Has anyone done that before.?? thank you
