  1. But my husband is a carpenter should he take the academic or the general ielts for points for the visa application? I've gone round in circles and can't decide what's right. He's take academic and we got results today and he got low score in one area so not enough for points. Can you help please? Thanks so much

  12. Hello So those of you that are from the UK and have been granted their 189 visa's…how long did it take from submitting the EOI to actually getting your Visa granted? Just so I can get a realistic average. Thanks
  13. We have both been on WHV's and both had to prove we had funds as did my bro and my sis and her partner when they went. Sorry to burst your bubble but on a WHV I think they always check…in all our experiences anyway.

    VETASSES cost

    Please can you tell me how much it cost YOU to get your skills assessed through vetasses if you are a tradie? I was advised X amount, someone told me Y amount and the website says Z amount…. Thanks JP xx
  15. hahahaha sounds good!!! He is a qualified lifeguard for Pool and used to work in Bold Park. Aaaah I love Bath so much, very beautiful - just feel you oughta be a millionaire Rodders if you wanna live here! We are not far from Salisbury! Lovely little town…why we moving again…?! :wacko:
  16. I don't think beaches are rubbish I don't think it is toooo cold to swim but it isn't malaysia either so it isn't like a bath 90% of the time It is changeable but far better to prepare than the UK Everywhere has its flaws if you love it you will accept it for what it is

  19. I believe so yes as already said you are still an employee and you have a job title, however, if you decided not to return to that job - your official employment would end at the start of your maternity leave if that makes sense.
