Hi I have lodged my 189 visa and just concerned that there is something I need to do as it hasn't been granted yet, ive emailed them on the address provided over a week ago and still nothing. is there an actual number to call or is ot literally the email? thanks JP

Oh and some genius has been messing about with the s/s deleting names etc and sorting it grrrr why can't people leave it alone it's a fab tool x

Still no visa...! Fed up now :sad:

Hi sorry i am not asking about the whole process just from when it goes to board....they have told me it went to board on 1st October and to hear a reply within 8wks (much like anmac but I received that by post 3days after). Anyway I know it will arrive within 8 weeks but I just wondered how swift it will be so that I might be able to sleep st night haha i think my question has been misunderstood as I sent my AHPRA application in March and it's at the final stages with the board that I am wondering..xx thanks for your answer though And I am sure that will help others to factor in the timeframes and how long it can actually take from start to finish x

Aaaaah hospital today and weds for my girl (for tests for meds...!) - hoping final stuff is uploaded on Thurs and FX granted fri morning!!!!

Hello I am sure this has been asked before but my search in the engines are not chucking out any answers so apologies in advance if it's been asked a lot. All my AHPRA docs etc have been sent etc but I am just wondering from the date your registration went to the board to be considered -how long did it take before you received your decisions? many thanks JP :cute:

captainc stated that any other country other than the ones in the list are HR - basically if country not listed above it is HR HTH

Arrrrrrgh still waiting- hubby signed off DD going for bloods and USS next week hoping all ok and we also get grant next week - so scary and daunting because we have booked flights now!!!!!! Arrrgh

Pommie et al - the CO asked for medicals for hubby and DD as there is slight delay in theirs due to minor investigations which should all be cleared within 2 weeks - so if it hadn't have been for that I think we would have had a direct grant grrrr haha xx good luck - any news??

Absolutely amazing news!!! Congratulations!! I lodged mine 2 days after you - we are waiting for our meds to be uploaded massive delay on them which I think will be the one thing that holds us up! Annoying! We might get a CO assigned in a couple days though Well done again - where in OZ are you off to?

I can't wait much longer haha but medicals are taking longer than anticipated unfortunately but I am hoping all this is cleared and uploaded in the next couple of weeks!!

Help please :cute::rolleyes: Can someone help me - is their a timeframe from applying for your visa to submitting all the evidence that is required for them to assess it? Eg. if I applied for my Visa on 5th Aug do I need to upload my meds and police check by 5th Sept/Oct/Nov or do I have a year? xx TIA xx

I know! I wish it would happen faster haha I want to go in November! FX we have a swift turnaround! we hope to fly to perth also.

Wow - wouldn't expect to be calling to check status haha - I think we will know once it is all done and like so many have said they sometimes don't even allocate a CO.....it is very early days and I don't think any of us will be forgotten bless them it must be annoying to have the same calls over and over x

I have chased them - they haven't gotten back to me properly yet.....As far as I am aware I meet all of the criteria - but I know they are nit-picking......it might be the continuity of care cases that will be questionable but I have provided evidence of this but not sure if it is enough....other than that yes nothing is outstanding xx FX Lou I will be catching up with you with a coffee soon

Hello those that have ahpra registration - how long from going to the national board did it take to receive confirmation of registration or indeed just a decision? not sure whether to chase- or email and ask for an ETA or whether that's pointless.... thanks for for your help xx :cute:

Wohoooo for all of us hey what a long process but finally there!! we lodged out application yesterday - what a relief! Waiting for police checks and will book Medicals xx we are off to Perth! Good luck everyone x
