Hi, Yeah, its not nice situation. My boss is actually really nice but at the moment stressed out because a lot is retiring next year and he was caunting on us "young ones". He called me today and apologised and said I still has his support and blessings. Stress is just not his friend at the moment... Thanks for yr support, means a lot

Hi guys, My CO is from Team 6, Adelaide and he wanted a current reference letter from my boss, employment contract and payslips were not enough. So I had a really unpleasent talk with my boss. He was quite upset, he wrote me the reference letter but also said that any career progression we had planned for me is cancelled. I do understand him and at least he haven't fired me yet. Hopefully it will be worth it, in the end. I do understand why DIAC has to make certain the fact are true but latest payslip should be enough, in my view. I'm from Denmark, so low risk and works in public sector. I hope we all get some good news this week :-)

I have actually done it all by myself. I made one error(claimed 5 points by mistake) at some point but DIAC/SS understood and allowed me to continue with the process with the correction. It takes loads of time but is actually pretty streight forward. Am glad to have saved the money for an agent. Am now waiting for grant letter from my CO, hopefully :-)

hi guys, hopefully you will be assigned a nice co very soon. I have to tell my employer now that I plan to move to oz. My co wants reference letter from current employer and will contact him. Am not feeling so happy about that since I don't plan to move there for another 2-3 years

Hi Maria, I have to reapply. I feel very blessed this morning. When I woke up there were an invitation to apply from ACT. I didnt have to pay the 300 dollars again, they nominated me with my new EOI. So now I wait to see if I get refunded the 3060 dollars. I really hope so but in any case I feel very lucky that I have received an new invitation

Hi, I misread the question if I meet the Australian study requirement. I said yes and should have said no. No because I have not studied IN Australia but in Denmark and England. I hope we all get granted sponsorship/visa soon.

Hi guys, That is great news, congrats!!! :-) Be very careful when filling out yr visa application. I made an minor error that means I have to withdraw. It sucks beyond reason. There are no room for human error in the application, so make sure all is correct and double check. At least I dont get banned to re apply "just" poorer and the risk of the occupation ceiling...

Hi, Im now in that situation that I thought I claimed employments points for 3 years but because I click the box in relevant work experience on two jobs with less than 20 hours a week. I have received a mail from my case officer saying I should find the extra 5 points received or withdraw my 190 visa application because if I dont find the 5 points I will be refused the visa. I got SS from ACT as a career counsellor. I have 60 points with SS but the system gave me 65 points. Any advice/ideas will be appreciated.

Hi Nick, I hope you get a positive resultat this week. I have noticed if I write sponsorship in search area on seek.com.au jobs are coming up offering job with sponsorship. Nothing in my area but maybe a way for some to get to Oz :-)

Hi, I don't know if you can front load your PCC and medical. I just follow the messages as I receive them and do as told :-) There is a list on which doctor/clinics to use for the medicals on each country on the website, www.immi.gov.au or they will tell you when you apply. Nick, hopefully Monday/Tuesday you will get it :-) Mine took 27 working days
