  1. Hi Priyoo, I've sent a pm but I've just googled ANMAC professional reference and it brought up quite a detailed template of what needs to be written, this will be best followed as things change over time as to what they request. Don't stress too much over it just follow what is written. Good luck
  2. It often depends on the individual office, some are faster than others, mine only took 8 days from receiving documents. I suppose it depends if your CV and evidence of professional development is ok, I think this is where people experience delays. I sent mine to Darwin. Good luck
  3. Hi Di and Ste this is a link to wat I wrote for someone about my timeline if it helps http://www.pomsinoz.com/forum/migration-issues/188485-nurses-family-need-basics-get-started-move-oz-3.html#post1936257772
  4. To be honest what is the point of sending individual CVs when each and every one of our CVs is different. From the info Ahpra give http://www.ahpra.gov.au/Registration/Registration-Process/Standard-Format-for-Curriculum-Vitae.aspx it really is straightforward and if folks are so stuck at this hurdle perhaps it isnt the right time to be emigrating as this is one of the easier parts. FYI I have forwarded my CV to several on here with no words of thanks from some, not all but certainly some and Im now concerned that Ahpra may have duplicates of my CV circulating! The info regarding professional references is also there. People are willing to guide but not spoon feed
  5. Is it because your yearly renewal has arrived? During my time waiting for Anmac this happened I had to get new request but was no problems when documents went to Ahpra
  6. Just list your key responsibilities (can be taken from job description), confirm your hours of employment, length of time with current employer. From template they give you list each area with an example of how you meet that area. Its not much use emailing you copies as our roles are all different. Make sure its written on headed notepaper from your organisation
  7. <p><p>Hi Brizi I wrote about why I wanted to make the move to Australia, how I narrowed it to QLD and then eventually Brisbane and even mentioned the local estates I liked. i had seperate paragraphs for things such as housing ,schooling, climate, availabe activities, knowledge of local attractions. I quoted about house prices in comparison to other states, schools, jobs, i added in web addresses. It was about 2 pages long. I cant rememeber how much money but it something like $20000 for first adult. I emailed a copy of bank account but also added the amount I expected to have once my house had sold. Good luck</p></p>

  8. Its not so much that the essay is difficult its the way you set it out. It has to have clear defined paragraphs and like above post re being clear about what your writing about. I used English Ryan on you tube and managed to boost to an 8 but unfortunately that particular test I dropped my listening to a 7.5! However Ive since gone down the 190 route and hoping for the golden ticket any day!
  9. They do but for points purposes you need at least all 7s in each band for 10 points or all 8's for 20. Not sure why they give an overall. My overall each time has been 8.5 but I only got 10 points as kept getting a 7.5 in one :-(
  10. http://www.examenglish.com/IELTS/IELTS_Band_Scores.html This shows the correct answers needed. Its a bit unfair as need more right answers in general than academic!
  11. Hi you can request any office I sent mine to Darwin though will be heading to Brisbane and no problems was really quick too
  12. Its definitely the Academic version and is stated on the site (http://www.anmac.org.au/faqs#006), its unfortunate but probably unlikely they will accept general. Best just swallow the bitter pill and resit the Academic and at least be happy you have gained 20 points for visa purposes with your previous one so all is not lost!
  13. Not sure re Melbourne but mine only took 8 days from being received at Darwin though I had had Anmac transfer paper work good luck
  14. I never knew that about automatic scanning, often wondered why it wasnt allowed, will be more careful on other sites now
  15. Theyll tell you they dont like to be emailed as it slows them down but better to sort queries now rather than waste time later. Good luck
  16. I assumed it was only for points purposes but I may be wrong, you could always email them and ask?
  17. Had you download the Agos 40 a while back? I almost did this as I had downloaded Agos 40 last year and was filling it in and for some light bulb moment dont know why I checked site and there was a new addition with increased cost. Maybe just email and ask their advice, the info is the same its just the increase in fee if this is the case. good luck
  18. Tou could always write your own prof reference and get manager to sign it on headed paper too, Ive heard of others doing that. Anyhow hope my copy gives some help
  19. Its probably mine! send me a pm with your email and I'll send you mine Tina
  20. Amazing! How long did it take in total? Im posting mine today
  21. I would advise to sit patiently for 12 weeks, nice surprise if its sooner and just grit your teeth if longer, 2 things, 1. good things come to those who wait and 2. what dosent kill makes you stronger!
  22. Hi I just asked Anmac! I was doing it myself and had a few emails by the lady working on my case but it was no problem, they just asked which office, I chose Darwin as apparently quicker, and then I got email to say they were sent. Mind I havent had email to say theyve been received!
