dont spend as much time on the forums as I used to, but still drop in a few times a week to keep an eye on things <img src="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/smile.png" alt=":)" srcset="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/smile@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Hi Olly. Unfortunatetely all my regular suppliers of troll spray are sold out, thats why there seems to be a bit of a plague about at the moment. I might just have to resort to the Aussie way, and just get a spade out and whack them or set the dogs on them <img src="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/smile.png" alt=":)" srcset="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/smile@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Thanks for the kind comments about our place in the hills. Only 1 thing I really do get cranky about are all the bloody gum trees !!!!!! Our plot is cleared of trees (before we moved in) but on both sides we have massive gums that drop leaves & limbs all bloody year free of charge. <img src="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/sad.png" alt=":(" srcset="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/sad@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20" />

My bike should officially be worth about 18k or more, but at the moment I would be real pushed to get more than $15k and stock models are going for just over $11k. A year ago it was about $3k more.

Give us a bit more info on your bikes (year, colour, k's etc) and i'll see what I can find out.

Hi Nick.

I didnt bring my ride over, I bought it just before I arrived and picked it up 3 days later.

If you read through the thread we have running, that will give you a fair idea of the costs involved.

I think that the 1 vehicle policy applies to bikes as well, but not sure. I'll do some detective work for you.

Although bikes are dearer, a things definitely worth bearing in mind:

1. Once you have paid all the shipping/cleaning/compliance/rego etc etc after all the hassle & paperwork its sometimes peanuts the difference

2. If your bikes are heavily modified, you will need to bring them back to some sort of stock appearance for compliance.

3. you wont have your bike until the shipping container arrives, and that might be a couple of months after you arrive (i couldnt wait that long)

4. what you see them advertised for is in most cases nothing like the figure they actually sell for.
