<p><p>We are living in Singleton, and yes hubby found work within 2 weeks, but then after 6 weeks working fell off a crate and has broken his foot!!! Its now in plaster cast and he cant do anything!!! Driving mad at the moment lol... are you on facebook yet? I dont hardly come on pio anymore... dont get the time! lol where are you based again?</p></p>

<p>When do you plan to get over there? I have a step cousin who is going to help us out, they live south of perth and we are planning to go in May! Excited but very scared!!!</p>

<p>Hi Janet, Hows things??? Whats the latest with you guys???</p>

<p>We finally got our visa last month and have just decided that we might just get a one way ticket over to Perth even if the house has not sold. We have to be over by May and I am keen to get the kids into their new school and get Gary some work. Trying to find info on the internet is a nightmare as I keep getting distracted by other things... I start with schools, then seem to find a page on health care, then employment, then rentals and now my head is spinning!!!</p>

<p>Would love to know if you have any advice for me? Any good websites? Any good job contacts? Nice areas to live and areas to avoid, schools???</p>

<p>Hi Dawny... yes been very very busy... my head is spinning! We have also decided we are going to leave the house in the hands of agents if it does not sell in time and hope to set a date soon for leaving. We are thinking around 10th May ish.... SH*T!</p>

<p>How you getting on with your new little one? Thought I would let you know that our one arrived on the 8th March! He weighed 3600g which is about 7lb 14 oz and we have called him Alfie... He is adorable and so good I have to keep reminding myself I have a new baby in the house!</p>

<p>Hows things going with your organising getting to Oz? Is your visa all sorted out now?</p>

<p>We can now start getting ours moving again. Just waiting to sort out little Alfie's passport and then we have to do our meds again as they run out this week! </p>

<p>Just wanted to let you know that our little man has finally arrived... 8th March, weighing 3600g... we have called him Alfie and he is a real cutie! Eats and sleeps really well too!</p>

<p>Now that he has arrived its all systems go again with our visa, just about to send off for his passport and then we have to all do our meds again as they run out in a weeks time and the CO wont give us an extension!!!</p>

<p>Hope life down under is still going great for you... how you getting on with your visa?</p>

<p>Hi Dawny, Nope no news as yet... spent many hours at the hospital being monitored as I am still getting contractions, but now I have stopped dilating. They are happy for him to stay put, but I am tired of it all now and just want him out. It would be nice to meet him and start the next stage! I will keep you informed via facebook, as I said before I cant put any messages on PIO unless I am using my proper computer which is not that often these days. FB works fine with my mobile so will get you a message on there!. Take care hun, Tasha x x</p>

<p>Hi Dawny, sorry its taken ages to reply. My mobile phone wont let me post any messages on PIO. I just get a blank screen and cant see what I'm writing. I do manage to get onto the internet and read some of the posts but its just really difficult with my phone. My internet access is bad in my house, but was great at the hospital, hence how I was always on Face book LOL. The little fella has stayed cooking in my tummy for now, but the tablets have stopped today so am now anxiously waiting to see whats gonna happen. The hospital say they are happy if he wants to come out at the end of the month but not really before. To be honest though, I would be more than happy for him to come now. He is only 5 weeks early now and I am sure everything is formed and all that happens now is weight gain. But who knows he will probably come out late now the doctors have made such a fuss of him staying put!. I should still be on bed rest, but am going a little stir crazy to be honest! speak soon x</p>

<p>Hi Shaz, congratulations on the birth of your little one, thats great news! Glad you have everything sorted now and can really get organised!</p>

<p>I went into premature labour a couple of weeks ago and have been in hospital whilst they try and stop the contractions. They managed to slow me down and have let me out of hospital for now. The medication I was on has stopped now so just waiting to see what happens next! I am meant to be on complete bed rest, which is what I have been doing, but am now going crazy not getting my fix of PIO and knowing whats going on lol... so am on here for a short time to catch up before the MIL catches me and sends me back to bed (haha).</p>

<p>We are no longer coming to QLD and have accepted SS for WA as Gary is on their SMP. Shame really but we quite like the sound of WA now so are not disappointed.</p>
