<p>Hey Bud remember a watched pot never boils! I have been checking mine twice a day for the last 2 weeks and it still says awaiting assessment what a bummer!</p>

<p>We did 6 weeks in OZ in 2006, 5 weeks on the East coast and a week in Perth. I loved it then. Life style, weather and scenery is great, its the thought of starting again that is a bit daunting. How did you find the transition?</p>

<p>Hi Wendy, not going anywhere at the moment. I'm not 100% sure yet about Oz yet. The process seems to be getting more and more difficult as time goes on! It is as if I'm being told that its not the right decision. In South Africa every time I had doubts about moving to the UK, I would get a nudge to move me in the right direction, it was all to easy, my visa only took one week from submission LOL! Anyway enough whining! Where are you in Perth? My Sis lives in Two Rocks and I have a cousin + Uncle that lives thereabouts too!</p>

<p>"Donnington"(very quitely) actually there are least 2 or 3 other people from Telford on PIO, it starting to sound like there is a mass exodus LOL</p>

<p>Hi Gina, Hell I find a 225k a bit dear, that is worth more than my house here in the UK!! Land is definately cheaper on the east coast, strange but true just check out the real estate websites. </p>

<p>Hi Steve & Gina, I fibbed My sis is building their house in Two Rocks! I was checking back on their Emails and found out that they paid $255Kfor a 810m2 plot!! To me that sounds nuts!</p>

<p>My Sis +BIL are building a house in Yanchep, Personally I prefer the East coast, so at this stage we are looking at Queensland, proberly around Brisbane would be the easiest for jobs etc. Australia is fantastic it reminds me a lot of were I used to live in South Africa, so I feel right at home there.</p>

<p>As for the Crocs you should be alright in Yanchep / Butler LOL. </p>

<p>We are at the beginning of the Visa Process so the first hurdle is the TRA . We have to wait for my OH to complete 2 years Uni so we are looking at proberly 2010/2011 before we move out to OZ, Hopefully by that time the Housing market should have sort itself out.......I hope</p>
