i totally understand what you're saying, just seems like opinions based on a small amount of trouble makers, same with every race, in my opinion more than 80% of young white men would be decent, dedicated people.... just bugs me when people get put into slots when the vast majority don't deserve to be tarnished

@Thom i think i did look and made my own decision, based on my views.... surveys will never give a true representation, who filled in these surveys? probably a quite unrandom sector of the population... really don't know why i get sucked into these arguments

Think most of your questions have been answered there, but being fairly new to hobart myself (been in Tasmania a few months and settled in hobart about 3 weeks ago now), i'd say you've made a good choice, great place to live! Good luck with it

been in a similar situation myself mate, it is a really hard choice, just ask yourself.. if she leaves you and heads back to the uk and you end up single again will the new life you have still be better than living in the uk and being with her, also if you do decide to go back it's no use bringing up australia anymore, you'll just need to settle with that life back in the uk and enjoy it.
