SHandGH
No surprises here. Just 7 days movement in 2 weeks. DIAC are still getting through all those June applicants. But as we all know June is pretty much wrapped up with many July applicants now assigned a CO. http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/general-skilled-migration/estimated-allocation-times.htm https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AqEBgay7xfFvdEpQS2NMbTItV1o5bTctcE4wa1pVWHc&hl=en_GB#gid=0 Edited March 16, 2012 by SHandGH
Guest wanderdownunder
A question oh knowledgeable ones!.. We wish to front load our medicals but when we contacted the Knightsbridge centre, London Town, they informed us that last August the rules changed so that you can only take the medicals if you have a TRN number as you need to go on the DIAC website input your TRN and then print off the medical application forms. As we are a paper application we do not have a TRN, which seems mightily unfair! Has anyone else encountered this problem and if so did you manage to get round this? Is it for example possible to phone the DIAC and obtain a TRN for a paper application? We will of course try this, but thought it would be useful to hear the opinions of others first. Many thanks. SHandGH
Here's some info we got from our local hospital. Thank you for your enquiry regarding an Australian visa medical. We do not require any paperwork to book your appointment however in order to attend for a migration medical you must have applied for your visa and have one of the following: ONLINE - eHealth · A Referrel letter which contains a TRN · A Form 26EH OR 160EH which contains a TRN, or · A Health Examination List which contains either a Health Request ID or a HAP ID OR MANUAL – Paper · Form26 and/or Form160 (visa subclass 457, 856 and 857) · eHealth exemption letter If you do not have any of the above as per the Australian Department of Immigration & Citizenship you are required to contact your case officer or migration agent. If you are an eHealth applicant (on-line) and have a TRN you must have your EH26/EH160 filled in on line and have your referral letter printed. If your visa medical is being carried out on paper when attending our clinic you must have the 'applicants details' of the forms you require (26/160) completed - including your visa subclass number ie.visa subclass 457, 856 and 857. When your results are completed we forward them directly to the Australian Department of Immigration either on line (eHealth) or by registered post. A question oh knowledgeable ones!.. Sol2Oz
wellll, i'm not complaining. According to the spreadsheet, the range is really 20 June - 29 September. I think looking at it that way, it's pretty good. Think about it - they're currently processing 4 months at the moment.
SHandGH
I honestly hope keisha has been assigned a CO, however I think it is unlikely to be the case. I'm thinking now that June's are over, (the real bottleneck) they are back to pre-June speeds. Before the Junes, they were processing very quickly. Plus it's 1,000 cases a week that are being assigned

Guest zee80
sadupops, if you printed it online via your application, it should have automatically entered the TRN at the bottom of the page (which is probably why you don't remember entering it). reading the messages above makes me cringe a little bit as i front loaded my medicals, printed the forms online and can't remember entering a TRN number. i am very confused right now. hope they won't send it back it had all my passport details though and passport photographs and the doctor never asked for TRN number  Edited March 16, 2012 by zee80

In another forum, a September applicant updated some of his documents and the status changed to ABPF, but no CO was assigned. This happened four weeks ago. What does it say about medicals? https://www.ecom.immi.gov.au/inquiry/query/query.do?action=eVisa i just went to that link and it says medicals required. i made a huge mistake in that i did not print the forms from that link. :embarrassed: i used the forms link on the general DIAC website and looked for the health forms. i see what one person posted about the TRN been at the bottom of the page (as these pages using my TRN to log in have them). what happens now? will they send my medicals back? and have to repeat medicals again? all my information was on there except TRN number i think
